Let's Call PLUS is a service for organizations who wish urgent external professional HR-support, customized. Following an intake or a profound HR-audit, we offer you a permanent hotline. Here support is available for you both by telephone or elecronically on the following:
- specific social-legal counselling: e.g. social relations, social negotiations, exit deals, ...
- support related to personnel management: e.g. support on approaching difficult interviews, conducting selection interviews, talent assessments, designing competitive salary packages, ...
- HR strategy or HR approach: a second opinion or sounding board
- HR-projects, -processes and -systems: counselling
Would you like to complement the hotline with periodical on-site presence (e.g. 2 or 4 days per month) of one of our consultants? That is possible too. This way professional HR support is available at a reasonable cost, also for smaller organizations.
