Consultancy
We offer consultancy on the entire HR function: from organizational development, culture change and leadership development, over HRM strategy development and implementation, to evaluation and (re-)organization of HR processes and systems. Consultancy is not limited to theory for us: apart from conducting analyses and suggesting improvement plans, we also take care of the implementation and the follow-up. We always deliver customized solutions: via project management, facilitation of workshops, training or education, execution of interim management assignments, on-the-job transfer of knowledge, and/or supporting Internet tools and metrics.
