Who
We are a well-knit network of experienced HR professionals, trainers and coaches. Each one of us has relevant experience of at least 15 years in different organizations and accross industries. When selecting our colleagues we put a lot of emphasis on this practical experience. This is because we truly want to make a difference for our customers, and knowing the ins and outs of HR work requires experience, more than anything else.
Veronique Michiels held several HR positions for more than 20 years in Computer Sciences Coroporation, S.W.I.F.T. and ING. In 2005 she started PLUS EST EN VOUS. In 2008 she established a partnership with Laurent Ballaux, former HR Director at Vivium. Laurent previously worked at ING Insurance and SD Worx.
Veronique Michiels' major focus is on organization and leadership development, culture change and HR strategy. Laurent Ballaux, holds a master degree in Law, and built a strong expertise in performance management, HR processes and systems, social relations and negotiations, facilitating mergers, acquisitions and large-scale reorganizations and in social-legal aspects.
Our specialists are mainly natives of Belgium and the Netherlands. We work in 3 languages: Dutch, English and French.
