- for a global top-league player in the financial services industry: defining the organizational culture change strategy and policies, developing and implementing metrics to assess the current situation, developing a tactical toolkit for HR professionals and managers to link culture to strategy, developing and implementing the concept and a web-based toolkit on employee engagement, supporting and facilitating various organizational entities in all of the above
- for a global market leader in the express, transport and logistics industry: developing employee engagement by a.o. increasing awareness of managers and senior leaders about their impact on the engagement of their people
- for a Belgian insurance company: desiging and implementing organizational culture and employee engagement surveys
- for a well-established Flemish mid-sized fashion company: defining and implementing strategic HR-policies and practices, designing and implementing an organizational culture change initiative, training and coaching the management team and first-line team leaders
