Our consultants, trainers and coaches have learned the job by doing it; they have many years of practical experience. We help organizations which seek support on Employee Engagement, Leadership, Change & Innovation, High Performance Teams, Organization Culture and HR Development.
Often all these aspects influence one another. It is difficult to draw sharp boundaries. Let's take just one example: increasing employee engagement requires a consistent leadership development strategy; leadership development has many links to the organization's culture: changing a culture in a certain direction will not happen unless its leaders show the way and act as role models; leaders have a great impact on the organizational culture. Our projects include short-term assignments (e.g. a training program that lasts a couple of weeks), but also more and more long-term initiatives (e.g. an interim management assignment as HR Business Partner, HR Manager or HR Business Analyst). Our core activities are the following:
- Consultancy: related to HR-strategy & processes and to organization development (analysis, suggested approach, implementation, evaluation)
- Temporary manpower solutions: long term interim assignments
- Development: training & education (design, facilitation, evaluation) and coaching & counselling
- HR-audits & support (Let's Call PLUS): periodical audits of and support to the implementation of HR strategy and policies
- iTools: development and implementation of Internet tools for managers and leaders, professionals and HR specialists
